Henderson Club x Mira Place Membership exclusive welcome offer

1. This welcome promotion is only applicable to Henderson Club members who have successfully registered as Mira Place members for the first time.
2. The welcome offer is only applicable to Henderson Club members who activated their Mira Place membership successfully between 12 January 2023 and 5 February 2023 (both days inclusive).
3. The quota for the welcome offer is 200. HK$100 vouchers from designated tenants will be distributed on random basis. Offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. The usage of vouchers issued by merchants will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by respective merchants, please refer to the Terms and Conditions printed on the voucher.
4. Henderson Club members are required to register and redeem the rewards on the day of transaction at Mira Place 1 Concierge, by presenting same-day machine-printed receipt issued by merchant and corresponding electronic payment slip. Member entitled for the reward and the cardholder must be the same person. Mira Place 1 Concierge is opened from 11am to 11pm daily.
5. Each Henderson Club Member could enjoy the reward once, and must present their valid Henderson Club card (printed cards or mobile app e-cards, including Henderson Club Black Card and Emerald Card) or "BOC Henderson Club Visa Card" ("BOC Henderson Club Visa Signature Card" or "BOC Henderson Club Visa Platinum Card") to enjoy the reward. The registered name on Mira Place membership and Henderson Club membership must be the same.
6. Only actual payment counts, i.e. total spending excludes discounts/coupons/cash coupons/paid deposits/cash instalments. Actual, hand-written and reprinted receipts of Octopus card add-value, bill & membership payments, banquets(more than 5 tables for 12), purchase or perusal of coupons/gift vouchers, parking fees, receipts issued by exhibitors or promotional booths, reprinted receipts, receipts of banking service, monthly bills, mobile SIM card recharge, any add-value service and EPS cash withdrawal are not accepted.
7. Customers must present the valid original machine-printed receipts with clear merchants’ name and transaction date for verification purposes. Staff of Mira Place reserves the right to photocopy and stamp on the receipts and registers the information for verification purposes if necessary.
8. Receipts from Phillip Wain, SQUINA and other tenants of Mira Place Tower A are not accepted and not included in this promotion campaign.
9. Receipts of any purchases or transaction through email or phone orders, online shopping, mobile APP, Mira e-Shop are not accepted, unless otherwise specified.
10. The offer is not transferrable or redeemable for cash or other products, nor can be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
11. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
12. In case of any dispute, Mira Place and Henderson Club reserve the right of final decision.
